The Manor.

Tudor Manor is an old English idyll. Rustic beams, antiques and open fireplaces are a motif through living spaces, dining rooms, and a games area. Six characterful bedrooms sleep twelve guests comfortably. Its light-filled kitchen-dining room offers high-end culinary amenities and french doors to the garden patio. The home’s beautiful wrap-around grounds comprise open lawn, alfresco dining area, and uninterrupted countryside views.

Living, Cooking, Dining.

The living spaces at Tudor Manor are a matter of options. Two generous living rooms feature elegant sofas around inglenook fireplaces - the perfect setting for a spot of reading, chit-chat, or the forgotten act of doing nothing at all. For more entertainment options, the games room has a 50-inch HDTV (with Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, Netflix, Roku), Bose Bluetooth Speakers and a pool table. The home’s open-plan kitchen is a picture of “cottagecore”, with farmhouse sink, vintage sideboard and bread oven. Despite this warm antiquity, modern amenities place you firmly in the 21st century, with a Rangemaster gas cooker and the iconic Smeg fridge. The kitchen table enjoys a dual aspect sunroom with views across the gardens; just one of three dining spaces to choose from.

Sleeping Quarters.

Tudor Manor comes with no less than six tastefully presented and generously proportioned bedrooms. The medieval motif continues throughout, with heritage doors, dark wood floors and beams, and luxury bedding for the highest comfort levels.

Bedroom 1. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed beneath exposed oak beams, and with adjoining en suite and ample storage.

Bedroom 2. In the vast second bedroom, a king size bed sits centrally, with storage aplenty and a luxury roll top bath and vanity sink.

Bedroom 3. The cosy third bedroom houses a king size antique steel bed, sideboard and hanging space.

Bedroom 4. Bedroom four features a beautiful wood-carved double bed, with drawers and hanging space.

Bedrooms 5 & 6. These rooms offer twin beds, hanging space and seating. A handsome log burner is the centrepiece in bedroom six.

The Garden.

Tudor Manor is wrapped in an acre of immaculate grounds. Discover a cornucopia of outdoor living with manicured lawn, sun trap patio, rural vistas, play area, vegetable patch, and more. Dine alfresco beside the fire pit and soak up the flawless rural surrounds. With the Kent Downs stretching out from your doorstep, it’s all for the taking.

Locally.

If Kent is the Garden of England, Tudor Manor is the shaded gazebo at its heart. Footpaths meander into the surrounding grassland, paddocks and orchards of cherry and apple. Take a high-tide dip at the historic Seasalter or discover the waterways, wildlife and shipwrecks of the Oare Marshes Nature Reserve. Faversham with its chic streets and quirky antique stores is easily accessible on foot, while the sunsets, seafood and shingle shores of Whitstable are a short drive up the coast. Guests will love The Alma, a highly-rated local pub-restaurant with regular quizzes and music nights, sat practically on your doorstep.

Sustainably.

Tudor Manor is exquisitely furnished with pre-loved items. A short walk away on the wall of the village hall is a conveniently situated EV charger.

Historically.

Dating back to 1547, Tudor Manor is a Grade II listed former farmhouse. Its rustic decor is prominent throughout with tastefully matched antique furnishings. The local church is a stunning 13th Century building, shrouded by an array of mature trees. All this forms part of an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. In the local towns, the historical theme continues, with Faversham boasting the longest complete medieval street in the country.
